Liv has an enduring drive to help improve her patient’s performance in work and in life, driven by her lived experience of navigating a complete career change, and learning the critical importance of putting your oxygen mask on first. No stranger to the realities of a high-pressure line of work, she openly confesses being someone who epitomised ‘Rushing Woman’s Syndrome’.

After spending 15 years in the corporate world as a senior marketer, health challenges and a yearning for change led her to leave her existing career and pursue a more impactful line of work.  She then gained her Professional Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from Wellness Coaching Australia, and in 2023 was selected as a finalist for the Health and Wellness coach of the year.

In her role as coach, she has a highly attuned respect for the commodity of time and with that, her coaching offers those she works with a sense of clarity, focus and priority.

With her interests in muscle centric medicine, harnessing the power of eustress andmitigating the impact of over-stress and biofeedback (HeartMath), Liv is in your corner all the way to bring your health optimisation plan to life through sustainable change.
